Acute Services are proud to be Chartered Surveyors, regulated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
All surveys at Acute Services are carried out by qualified surveyors with membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and also membership of the Chartered Institute of Building.

Additionally the partners have over 50 years experience in diagnosis of disrepair / maintenance issues within the social housing sector.

Acute Services do not submit claims for disrepair directly to your landlords. We work alongside Solicitors who submit the claims on your behalf. We can suggest suitable Solicitors practices to assist on your claim.

Acute Services act as expert witnesses to support claims.
​
We act with a duty of care to provide a truthful accurate report, identifying cause and effect of the the disrepair items claimed.
At Acute Services we aim to provide a fully detailed report within 72 hours of our survey.

Details of all parties involved.
Annotated photographs.
Thermal images where applicable.
Identification of disrepair items.
Suggested remedial works.
Accurate costings using recognised industry rates.
Completion of a Scott schedule.

At Acute Services, our assistance does not stop at the production of the report.
We will assist / advise on the claim, and when required attend Court to act as an expert witness.
At Acute Services we offer a triage service, this is basically a sanity check on the claim, with a brief assessment of documents and supporting photos. This is a desk top exercise and can aid in determining the viability of the claim. We aim to respond within 24 hours of viewing the documentary evidence.
